The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, interacting professionally with customers.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve vehicle issues.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with new challenges and varying customer needs daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively.
