Role Overview:

This role exists to make sure day-to-day HR activity is handled accurately, consistently and without unnecessary delay.

Working within the Helix model, you will take ownership of employee lifecycle administration, HR queries, documentation, compliance tracking and people data. You will resolve straightforward matters independently and make sure anything sensitive, complex or higher risk reaches the right HR Business Partner quickly.
