Role: Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead

Experience Requirements

• 8 15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
• 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
• 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
• Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
• Proven client-facing experience.
• Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design.
• Configure catalog, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
• Define learning architecture and governance frameworks.
• Manage data migration and native integrations with Core HR and Talent.
• Define and establish integrations with 3 rd party content providers.
• Design OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
• Lead SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Provide guidance on HDL, Extracts, and integrations.
