Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst / QA Manager with 15+ years of experience in QA Management, System Analysis, UAT, Mainframe, and large-scale testing environments. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing, coordinating SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing, managing defect triage, and working with multiple vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Escalate, track, and manage UAT defects through successful resolution.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing activities across multiple systems, vendors, and teams.
• Develop Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on business and system requirements.
• Perform Test Data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Tracking, and Metrics Reporting.
• Conduct and facilitate Defect Triage Calls with business users, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Track and maintain historical UAT testing information, test results, defects, and testing documentation.
• Perform Data Analysis to support testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Prepare Executive and Management Reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain effective communication across business, technical, vendor, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply knowledge of programming logic to understand system behavior and analyze testing issues.
• Ensure testing milestones and deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, communication, and motivation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, system integrators, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 15+ years of experience with large-scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing on large-scale projects.
• 10+ years of experience with Test Scenario Development, Test Case Creation, Test Data Preparation, Test Execution, Defect Tracking, and Metrics Reporting.
• 15+ years of excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• 10+ years of Executive/Management Reporting and Presentations.
• 10+ years of Mainframe experience.
• 10+ years of Data Analysis experience.
• 10+ years of Meeting Facilitation experience.
• 10+ years of knowledge of Programming Logic.
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with Vendors, System Integrators, and Multidisciplinary Teams.
• Significant experience managing UAT, Defect Triage Calls, and Testing Coordination involving multiple systems, vendors, and teams.
• Strong experience with UAT Defect Escalation and Resolution.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
