Job Description

Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Act as the single point of contact for onshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and accountability across all delivery streams.
  • Own and drive build, testing, and PRR (Production Readiness Review) technical activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Govern solution design, configuration, integrations, and data migration to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
  • Manage release planning, defect management, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable and high quality delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across all phases of implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and optimisation initiatives within the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support multi-country/global deployments, ensuring compliance with regional and organisational requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to offshore teams, fostering capability development and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors modules: PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, integrations (SAP CPI/PI/PO), and data models.
  • Hands on experience in configuration, releases, and production support.
  • Experience in managing distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery teams.
  • Solid understanding of testing strategies, PRR processes, and release management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM and/or Compensation/Variable Pay preferred).
  • Experience in large scale enterprise implementations, preferably in banking/financial services.
  • Exposure to People Analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance, and audit requirements.
