Schneiders Saddlery is looking for a Growth Manager who can walk in and start moving on Day 1. Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok — hands on keyboard, not just strategy reviews

• Manage paid agency relationships and hold them accountable
• Own the customer acquisition analytics and tell us what's working and why
• *Have personally run and optimized paid campaigns (in the platform, not just in the deck)
• Have examples of building things nobody asked you to build
• *Strongly preferred — we're horse people helping horse people and domain knowledge is a genuine advantage.

Pay:** $110K–$140K base + up to 30% performance bonus. Benefits, 401(k), remote-friendly.
