Job Description

RD&A Senior Technologist II | Bristol, United Kingdom | On-site

The Role

  • Lead the development of meat coatings and seasoning systems in collaboration with international RD&A teams.
  • Partner with customers to innovate new concepts and renovate existing products.
  • Develop value-added products with unique selling propositions through advanced manufacturing processes and ingredient knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel through visits and presentations.
  • Collaborate with business development to understand customer needs and secure new briefs.
  • Oversee projects from initial brief to production handover, ensuring ingredient functionality meets customer expectations.

What You'll Need

  • BSc in Food Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience within the snack industry.
  • Proven experience in developing top notes for savory applications.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of food formulation and chemical interactions.
  • Flexibility to travel for customer visits and international training.
