Vacancy Type: Part-time / Permanent Circa hours per week Flexible working pattern

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join an established and growing organisation in Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business building relationships, coaching managers, solving real people challenges and becoming a trusted presence within an operational environment.

The business is looking for approximately 30 hours per week and is open to discussing how those hours could work for the right person. This could be three longer days or shorter hours across four to five days.

The role

As HR Partner, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day People support for the site, working closely with managers and employees while being supported by an established wider People team.

You'll be highly visible within the business and become the person managers turn to for practical, confident and commercially sensible HR advice.

A major part of the role will be coaching and developing managers helping them understand what good people management looks like and giving them the confidence to handle situations effectively and consistently.

What s on offer to the HR Partner

  • Genuine flexibility around working pattern
  • 28 days' annual leave (Including Bank holidays)
  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Free onsite parking
  • Staff discount

The role of the HR Partner:

  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, acting as a trusted HR contact.

  • Use HR data and trends to highlight issues and support decision-making.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects, change and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Ensure HR practices remain fair, consistent and legally compliant.

The ideal candidate for the role of HR Partner:

This is very much a role for someone who enjoys being out in the business and working alongside managers and employees. You'll have established policies and a wider People team behind you, but you'll be trusted to use your experience and judgement to deal with what comes up on site.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Solid generalist HR / People experience.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience within a fast-paced operational environment

This opportunity could suit someone already working as an HR Partner, People Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or Senior People Advisor who enjoys being close to the operation and is looking for a varied, hands-on role where they can make a real difference.
