Job Title: Project Manager – IAM / Saviynt (Cybersecurity)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Saviynt project experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid Cybersecurity background and proven expertise in managing IAM implementations, access governance initiatives, application onboarding, user lifecycle management, and compliance-driven security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IAM/Saviynt implementation, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, business, and technical teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Drive IAM processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role management, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Facilitate Agile/Waterfall project execution and vendor coordination.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering IAM/Saviynt projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC, JML processes, Access Certification, and Compliance.
• Cybersecurity domain knowledge and experience working with security teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (preferred)
• Saviynt certifications (preferred)
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ (preferred)
