Sr. IT Asana PPM Project Manager

Location : Remote 

We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Asana as the PPM platform for an IT PMO.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT project-management experience
  • Hands-on Asana or comparable PPM-tool implementation experience
  • Experience managing requirements, configuration, data migration, UAT, cutover, go-live and stabilization
  • Strong PMO governance, budgeting, RAID and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience developing training materials and driving user adoption
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP or Asana certification preferred

Key responsibilities:

Lead project planning, Asana configuration, legacy-data migration, integrations, testing, training, rollout, hypercare and final handoff to the PMO team.
