Door, Frame, and Hardware Operations Support Technician

Tague Lumber is seeking a Door, Frame, and Hardware Operations Support Technician to support our busy wholesale door and hardware operations. In this on-site role, you will process orders and quotes, review plans and schedules, coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, and help stage accurate door and hardware packages for professional contractors and builders. You'll maintain precise records in our systems, resolve order and logistics issues, and provide technical product support, contributing to safe, efficient operations in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily door, frame, and hardware operations for wholesale customers
• Review and process orders, quotes, and job tickets accurately and on time
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Assist with product takeoffs from plans and specifications for doors and hardware
• Maintain organized records, pricing, and product data in company systems
• Troubleshoot order, inventory, or logistics issues and resolve with urgency
• Provide technical and product support to internal staff and customers
• Support inventory control, labeling, and staging of door and hardware packages
• Help ensure safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met
