Sewer Sales Representative

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a Sewer Sales Representative to expand our plumbing and sewer service business in the Memphis area. In this role, you'll respond to pre-qualified residential leads, inspect sewer and drain systems, explain findings, and present solutions such as repair, replacement, or maintenance options. You'll build trust through clear communication, safety awareness, and honest recommendations while meeting sales targets. Work with experienced technicians, use modern diagnostic tools, and receive ongoing training to deepen your technical sewer knowledge and grow your income and career.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled residential sewer and drain leads in the Memphis area
• Perform in-home inspections using sewer cameras and other diagnostic tools
• Explain system conditions and repair or replacement options in clear, simple terms
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for sewer and plumbing work
• Close sales while maintaining honesty and customer-first values
• Collaborate with plumbing and sewer technicians to schedule and execute sold jobs
• Use CRM or similar tools to document visits, quotes, and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Follow all safety and compliance standards in homes and on the road
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to improve performance
