Oracle HCM Technical Lead/Architect

We have an urgent requirement for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead/Architect for a remote engagement

• Start: ASAP / immediate
• Working hours: On a need base. Expected to work for 472 hours spread across 5 months (Oct 2026 through Feb 2027)
• Location: Remote, US
• Role: HCM Technical Lead/Architect
• Key requirement: Key requirement: Minimum 2 full Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as Technical Lead
• Skills: HCM technical architecture, data migration, integrations, OIC/OCI, APIs/middleware, reporting, environments, security, testing, cutover and deployment.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical track, interface with client/offshore teams, drive technical readiness, integration/data validation, testing cycles, security POCs and production cutover.
