We are hiring for a leading national psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinic, renowned for its advanced therapies and strong focus on patient well-being. The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinic routine to ensure smooth operations for patients and the team.
• Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building upon individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide first-line intervention and support during acute patient situations.
• Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill training.
• Offer therapeutic support during mealtimes for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in a regulated shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) or Social Pedagogue (Heilerziehungspfleger).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential/group home settings (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a passion for the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• A curious mindset eager for professional development.
