If you enjoy translating complex financial processes into smart technology solutions, this role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of accounting, finance, and IT. You'll partner with finance leaders, developers, and data teams to improve financial reporting, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable solutions that support critical business operations.

Hybrid flexibility available after onsite training
High-visibility role partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Technology leadership
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and improve financial reporting and close processes
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validate financial data, and support system implementations
Investigate data quality issues, reconcile financial information, and identify process improvements
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, auditors, and business leaders to deliver accurate, compliant financial solutions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
~5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance or Accounting organizations
~ Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
~ Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT
~ Strong SQL, Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
