As an intern at Trellis Data, you will be immersed in real-world projects, working closely with our experienced team of AI researchers, developers, and programmers. The internship is designed to give you exposure to industry-leading machine learning technologies and practices, while contributing to impactful solutions that push the boundaries of artificial intelligence as you gain invaluable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior developers on machine learning projects.

Assist in the development, testing, and optimization of AI models and algorithms.

Work closely with the Research Team to assist in developing and testing machine learning models and AI capabilities across ML Research Labs.

Document research findings, experiments, and methodologies.

Design and execute experiments, analyzing results to improve models.

Learning the basics of machine learning to communicate effectively with the research team.

Facilitating professional and effective communication across different teams within the organisation, particularly with those responsible for integrating insights into products and systems.

Continuously learn and apply new AI and machine learning techniques.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Assist in refining product prototypes and conducting rigorous testing for performance.

All other duties as required to support the Research Team and the Product Team's objectives.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI Research, or related IT discipline.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

• Passion for machine learning, AI, and technology.
