The Role • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and team leadership. • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction. • Manage all sales floor and backroom operations, including inventory control and merchandising. • Handle tasks such as checking incoming goods, stocking shelves, and monitoring product freshness and expiry dates. • Perform cashier duties alongside supporting warehouse and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team. • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • A friendly and engaging demeanor with a passion for customer interaction. • A proactive approach to tasks, with a willingness to get hands-on and work diligently. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication.
