Product Manager

Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the growth and direction of a product portfolio based in Irvine, California. This role focuses on shaping product plans, guiding launches, and refining existing offerings to meet shopper expectations and retail partner needs. The position also plays a key part in evaluating market dynamics, strengthening competitive positioning, and supporting revenue and portfolio performance through informed product decisions.

Responsibilities

Drive product roadmap activities for the Home Comfort category, aligning portfolio priorities with customer demand and business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to move new products from concept through launch, ensuring readiness across commercialization activities. Assess market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. Develop product positioning and pricing strategies that support channel objectives and strengthen market presence.

Coordinate go-to-market plans with internal stakeholders and retail partners to enable successful product introductions. Monitor product performance using business metrics and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and portfolio health. Manage lifecycle decisions for existing products, including enhancements, phase-outs, and assortment optimization. Use tools such as Jira to organize priorities, track issues, and support backlog refinement in an agile working environment.

Requirements
Experience in product management with responsibility for product planning, launches, and ongoing portfolio oversight. Working knowledge of agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and collaboration within Scrum-based teams. Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for task management, workflow tracking, and issue resolution. Ability to analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and business performance to guide product decisions. Strong understanding of pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market execution within retail or consumer products environments.

Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with commercial, technical, and operational teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on deadlines and business outcomes. Innovation starts with people.
