Sourcing Specialist (ONLY W2)

● Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, management, or a related field

● 3+ Years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement space/background

● Familiarity with procurement intake and ticket management tools like Zip

● Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex contracts

● Experience using data analysis and industry trends to create strategies

● Proven record of implementing sourcing and process improvement initiatives

● History of building relationships with business leaders and supplier executives

● Previous experience managing conflict and building consensus

● Ability to exceed demands of global stakeholders across multiple regions

● Experience working independently while maintaining teamwork

Day to day transactional items
•    Shipping Management of assets (laptops, etc.)
•    Working through ZIP and able to push/escalate as needed
•    Very organized and detailed
 
Experience:
•    Driving for results but within boundaries
•    This is very tactical and needs to be very on top of their book
•    Will be very self-sufficient and not require a lot of QA and oversight
•    Operational:
o   Attention to detail
o   Good with administrative work and tracking progress of many projects/tasks at once
 
•    Systems/Tech
o   ZIP is what is used, but not hard requirement
o   Google Suite
o   Excel
o   AI Fluency
 
•    Critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate
•    Procurement Support:
o   Ability to communicate with vendors and take on more responsibility
