Service Support Analyst

We Are Hiring: Service Support Analyst (PC Refresh & Asset Management)

We are seeking a Service Support Analyst to assist with a 1,000-unit PC hardware refresh project and handle end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management. This position splits time between hands-on PC swap-outs, staging/imaging equipment, receiving hardware shipments, and conducting surplus asset disposal.

• Location: Onsite
• Role Type: Temporary Staff Augmentation (Approx. 7-Month Duration)
• Compensation: Maximum Rate $35.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• PC Refresh & Swap-Outs: Perform hands-on desktop/laptop replacements, user profile migrations, and system cutovers for end users.
• Imaging & Prepping: Unbox, inventory, image, and configure Intel/AMD-based PCs running Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Asset & Surplus Management: Receive incoming IT hardware, track inventory, tag assets, and prepare end-of-life hardware for surplus disposal.
• User & Peripheral Support: Set up and troubleshoot network/LAN-attached printing and scanning devices while delivering customer service to technical and non-technical staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hardware Refresh & Swap-Outs: 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting PC hardware replacements and deployments.
• Technical Support: 2+ years of experience supporting Intel/AMD-based hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and M365 suite.
• Network & Directory Basics: 2+ years of experience with Active Directory, automated desktop management tools, and LAN-attached printers/scanners.
• Customer Service: 2+ years of experience delivering end-user technical support with strong communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 30+ pounds independently.
