The Role

• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and leading the team in a shared responsibility capacity.
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, fostering high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, including quality checks and presentation on the sales floor, paying close attention to expiration dates.
• Maintain freshness and stock levels for produce, fruits, and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong drive and enthusiasm to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience from any sector.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to work diligently and contribute hands-on.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (at least B1 level) for effective communication with customers.
