Location: Newyork, NY(Onsite)
Pay Rate: $76/hr - $81/hr
Contract Length: 15 Months

Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to support technology and data capabilities for Intraday Liquidity Management. This consultant role involves working across Treasury, Technology, Data Engineering, Operations, and Risk to translate business needs into delivered solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on business and data analysis skills combined with a product owner's mindset to set priorities, drive decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Own product priorities by shaping the roadmap and backlog, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and making trade-offs clear to stakeholders.
• Drive coordinated delivery by leading working sessions with business and technology teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Work hands-on with data to query and manipulate it for investigating business questions, discovering requirements, testing solutions, and validating results.
• Strengthen intraday liquidity capabilities by helping to deliver improvements to monitoring, analytics, controls, and reporting.
• Communicate the story by turning detailed findings and delivery issues into concise updates that explain what changed, why it matters, and what action is needed.
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Finance.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Finance challenges.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related Finance area, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Experience working with application developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders through the full delivery lifecycle is required.
Technical Skills: Strong data skills are required, including the ability to query, manipulate, and validate data independently. This includes proficiency with Github, Python, and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program delivery within Treasury, payments, or liquidity.
• Familiarity with payments technology, fintech application development, wires, ACH, real-time payments, or on-chain payment concepts such as distributed ledger technology and tokenization.
• Experience with ILMS or similar Treasury platforms.
• Sound judgment, a sense of ownership, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for senior leaders.
