Senior Creative Designer - Video, Graphics & Motion

We're looking for a highly creative visual storyteller who can work across video editing, graphic design and motion graphics.

This is not simply a production role. We want someone who can take a raw idea, script or footage and turn it into a scroll-stopping creative with a clear story.

What You'll Create

• Short-form videos, Reels and performance ads
• Motion graphics and animated visual content
• Social-media graphics and advertising creatives
• Brand-led content and campaign assets
• Story-driven 30-60 second videos
• AI-assisted creative and realistic AI-generated visual assets

You Should Be Strong In

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Motion graphics and typography
• Short-form storytelling and pacing
• Current viral editing formats and trends
• Creative advertising fundamentals

Bonus

• Strong understanding of performance ad creatives
• AI video/image generation workflows
• UGC and direct-response video editing
• Ability to handle graphics + video independently from concept to final output

We care significantly more about your portfolio, creative judgment and storytelling ability than certificates.

Location: Lucknow preferred. Candidates from nearby cities are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Lucknow within 3-6 months. The role may begin with flexible/remote working depending on the position, but long-term availability in Lucknow is required.
