Creative Designer (Video & Graphics)

We are looking for a smart, bold & passionate Design associate with preferably some background experience in any ecommerce startup.

All of them comes with no preservatives, no additives, no hanky and no panky. Trusted by a customer base of 2 Mn+! We are top sellers in most of the categories we operate in India and US Ecommerce! Bootstrapped and growing at 100%+ y-o-y.

Founder's profile

• Amit Agrawal (IIM Calcutta, CA) - 5 years at scaling unicorn startups (Directly build & owned businesses of 100mn$+ with exposure in Finance, Tech and Gaming)
• Ankit Agrawal (BITS Mesra) - 10+ years of Operations & Engineering

We are 50+ member team with 45 folks in our Plant in Odisha. We are a business team in Gurgaon with 7 people currently and would want to keep that lean.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to create, edit and finalizine realistic Infographics, Creatives and Videos
• Plan and execute video shoots for product ads, how-to-use videos, customer testimonials, and brand stories.
• Reach out to Influencers for Marketing collaborations
• Edit videos for multiple channels, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, Amazon listings, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Design banners, lifestyle images, infographics, and visuals for product detail pages (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Translate product features and benefits into compelling visual designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or alternatives like Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro.
• A portfolio showcasing a mix of product design, social content, video ads, and packaging (if any).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
