Collation Lead - 2nd Shift

Role Summary

The Collation Lead supports the Supervisor in managing collation lines to ensure correct sequencing and count accuracy of cards prior to FMC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily line setup and card sequence verification.
• Monitor operator performance and correct errors in real time.
• Communicate with Quality for spot checks.
• Record output and downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years in collation or packaging.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing and visual work.
• Exposure to fast-paced line activity.
