Email Marketing Project Coordinator

Location: Minneapolis, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of email marketing campaigns and operational initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, campaign managers, and business line stakeholders to coordinate project intake, maintain schedules and documentation, support governance and review processes, and help ensure campaigns progress smoothly and efficiently through established workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to build expertise in project management, marketing operations, and campaign coordination.

Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize incoming marketing campaign requests through Workfront. Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up details with stakeholders. Support project management activities for marketing technology initiatives and special projects. Partner with business line stakeholders to gather technical requirements for simple projects and coordinate campaign execution. Conduct reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure required controls, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed. Manage Digital Property Inventory tracking.

Serve as a subject matter resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures. Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency. Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.
