JDE Technology Support Engineer

job summary:

We are seeking a seasoned JDE Technology Support Engineer to join our Application Managed Services team. In this role, you will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert ensuring operational stability, driving complex incident resolutions, and implementing technical changes across Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system components.

responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them through to resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) and update knowledge base articles to improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and service management teams on deep issue analysis and continuous system performance improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to key decision-making across teams.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree.

7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Advanced proficiency in JDE EnterpriseOne technical architecture and troubleshooting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SOA Integration.

Prior experience delivering support in an Application Managed Services environment.
