SAP FICO Business Process Owner (BPO) Record to Report (RTR)
Location: NJ Area

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Process Owner (BPO) / Finance Process Lead with 15+ years of SAP Finance experience, including strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes within a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP Finance / FICO, with strong functional and business process expertise.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly FI/CO and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including standard costing, product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, cost allocations, and period-end closing.
  • Experience serving as a Business Process Owner (BPO) or Finance Process Lead, driving process standardization and alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, process design, functional design, testing/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
  • Strong understanding of Finance master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, assets, and related governance.
  • Experience with month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Experience managing SAP FICO integrations with manufacturing and supply-chain processes, including MM, SD, PP, and related upstream/downstream systems.
  • Drive process governance, controls, continuous improvement, and change management across Finance and RTR.
  • Ability to work closely with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO certification preferred.
