Job Title: Python Lead
Locations: Charlotte, NC | Iselin, NJ | Irving, TX
Experience: 12+ years
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of software applications using Python, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.

Mandatory Skills:
