We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our busy internal medicine diagnostics department. You will play a key role in streamlining daily operations, coordinating patient flow, and serving as a vital link between the medical team and patients within a leading hospital located by the Baltic Sea.

The Role

• Perform comprehensive patient admissions, including administrative tasks, blood draws, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic procedures like EKGs.
• Independently manage all patient-related administrative tasks with structure and precision.
• Proactively coordinate patient movements and scheduling within your department.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to economic principles for materials and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and various departments to ensure seamless patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent 3-year vocational training.
• A strong aptitude for independent and responsible work.
• Excellent teamwork skills, a service-oriented attitude, and appropriate assertiveness.
• Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings on a two-week rotation.
