The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present customized kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation through to contract closure.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and project coordination for delivery and installation.
• Create compelling offers and manage invoicing processes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen design and direct kitchen sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent sales skills, including negotiation and the ability to inspire customers.
• A confident and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven work ethic.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design solutions.
