Business Development Executive, Semiconductor Etch Gases

United States (Remote, about 40% travel)

Win qualification of etching agents at semiconductor fabs for a global specialty chemical leader. You will get customer procurement and quality teams on board, guide products through evaluation and spec agreement, and hand the account to sales once business is running smoothly. Fully remote, up to $137K base plus an 8 to 12% bonus.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's in chemical or mechanical engineering, polymer science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in sales or procurement of etching agents (such as etch gases) for front-end chip fabrication
• Able to travel about 40%, domestic and international
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

What You'll Do

• Gain buy-in from customer procurement teams to start product evaluation and qualification
• Negotiate product specifications with customer quality teams
• Model transportation costs for imported products
• Build procedures for logistics, customs, warehousing, handling, and new product registration with the US plant
• Ensure compliance with TSCA, tariffs, and chemical safety rules
• Coordinate with the parent company and partner with sales on key accounts
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and standards consortiums

Nice-to-Haves

• 7+ years of semiconductor experience
• Master's degree
• Experience working across cultures with an overseas parent company
