Tax Manager

Job DescriptionRemote from New England only, or hybrid from Vermont.\n\nLike the resources and backing of a larger firm, but don't want the politics, crazy hours and corporate feel that can sometimes come with it?\n\nIf you join this regional firm in Greater Boston you would be joining a top 100 firm with around 500 people. You'll be heavily invested in, and supported to develop and grow without having to give up your personal life for 6 months of the year. You won't be expected to work crazy hours, and you'll work as part of a collaborative team with a driven but casual culture.

This firm is big enough to have the resources, technology, brand and client base, but still human enough that people talk about work life balance without everyone quietly laughing into their coffee.\n\nThe firm is employee owned through an ESOP, privately funded, with no outside investors or private equity involved. So you are not walking into a place where the goal is to dress everything up for a sale in 18 months.\n\nThe role is a generalist tax manager position. You'll work with a diverse mix of complex mid-large businesses, and HNW individual tax returns.
