Job Description

Essel is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems in various settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential environments. This role requires a thorough understanding of piping materials, fabrication techniques, and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout of piping systems.
  • Fabricate and assemble piping and plumbing systems, including valves, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Inspect piping systems for leaks and other issues, troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their piping needs and project status.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Pipefitting apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid Pipefitter license preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pipefitter.
  • Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
  • Proficient with related tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
