The Role • Take operational ownership of service centers in Stuttgart, Böblingen, and Leinfelden-Echterdingen, ensuring performance aligns with company metrics. • Lead and develop service center teams through effective coaching, recruitment, and onboarding. • Uphold all company standards across technical and administrative operations for your assigned locations. • Act as a key liaison between service centers and central departments. • Drive process improvements and optimize operational workflows within your area. • Support daily operations in a service center once per week to maintain hands-on understanding and team connection. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training (trade or commercial) with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role, including practical operational knowledge. • A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and open communication. • Strong entrepreneurial drive with a people-centric, solution-oriented approach. • Proven customer focus, service orientation, and ability to work independently and structured. • A "Hands-On" mentality and a commitment to transparent communication. • Possess a valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient MS Office/PC skills.
