Job Description

About the Role

Join a B2B growth marketing and lead generation team as a Working Student in go-to-market (GTM) engineering. You will support outbound campaigns and client projects while learning how data, automation, and personalized outreach help businesses build their sales pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Build and enrich lead lists in Clay using signals such as funding activity, job changes, and software usage.

  • Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences for B2B campaigns.

  • Automate workflows and processes with n8n, Claude Code, and other AI tools.

  • Work with GTM Engineers on client projects and contribute to campaign execution.

  • Develop your understanding of GTM strategy through practical work and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled at a university and able to work 15 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months, with flexibility around exams.

  • Native-level German proficiency and clear, persuasive writing skills.

  • Analytical, structured, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

  • Interest in or experience with GTM, outbound, automation, or AI tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, and Claude Code.

  • Confidence using AI tools and writing effective prompts.

  • Some relevant experience, typically 0 to 2 years; experience with no-code automation, basic Python or JavaScript, or startup and consulting environments is useful.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is up to €20 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. Regular in-person attendance is required.
