The Role

• Conduct internal training sessions on optometric practices and utilize state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide expert optometric consultations to customers and support colleagues with optical matters.
• Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures are followed by the team.
• Oversee the maintenance of all technical equipment and contribute technical expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed certification as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delighting customers with eyewear products.
