Key responsibilities:

Manage and improve manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance.<br />Build customer relationships and support quotations and new business opportunities.<br />Lead NPDI projects and ensure new products are successfully introduced into production.<br />Develop tooling, processes and manufacturing documentation to improve production.<br />Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing. Project Engineer - Essential Skills &amp; Experience: Strong hands-on experience across metal manufacturing processes, including machining, forming or fabrication.<br />Proven experience within a highly regulated precision manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace.<br />Strong NPI expertise with the ability to lead projects and manage customer relationships.<br />Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative and driven approach.<br />Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, with hands-on fabrication experience highly valued.
