Infosys DC Office: Candidate should be willing to work from any Infosys DC office.

Seeking a Kong Developer for a high-visibility program. The role involves working with client stakeholders on architecture and design decisions, defining scope, requirements, and SLAs, and developing solutions for Kong operationalization and support.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and architect Kong solutions and operational frameworks.

·         Define onboarding standards, support processes, SLAs, and baseline frameworks.

·         Provide technical guidance to teams and client stakeholders.

·         Install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot Kong as required.

·         Develop solutions aligned with DevOps/SRE practices and help evolve the operating model.

·         Drive best practices and scalable approaches for Kong support and onboarding.
