In-Store Retail Sales Representative - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Services

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an In-Store Sales Representative to drive residential service sales for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions within partner retail locations. You'll engage walk-in customers, ask questions to understand home comfort needs, explain ARS services, and schedule onsite estimates or service appointments. Working closely with local service centers, you'll help meet sales targets while representing a safety-first, customer-focused brand. Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers in partner retail locations to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter services
• Assess customer home comfort, plumbing, and electrical needs through consultative conversations
• Present HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service options and explain benefits and financing at a basic level
• Schedule in-home estimates and service appointments using CRM or scheduling tools
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
• Maintain a professional, safety-focused presence that reflects ARS-Rescue Rooter's customer-first culture
• Track leads, follow up with interested customers, and update records accurately
• Coordinate with local service center teams to ensure smooth handoff of appointments and quality service delivery
