Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, only PREFERRED (will look at work experience in lieu of)
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machining environment
• Hands-on experience with Mazak CNC machines and Mazatrol controls
• Experience programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC machining processes
• Experience with multi-axis machining, tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Experience bringing new CNC equipment into production
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, feeds, and speeds
• Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of DFM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
• Strong communication and shop-floor problem-solving skills
