Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
 Database: Oracle
Operating System experience: UNIX or Linux
Cloud: Google Cloud Platform
Tools- Grafana, Splunk, Geneos, Ansible, Control-M,  Terraform, GitHub/GitHub Action
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management,
Change Management, Continual Service Improvement),  Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, Understanding of DevOps/automation good to have
Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
