• The Role
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead development.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Commit to self-motivation and the development of a profitable book of business.
• What You'll Need
• Prior sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile liability insurance.
