Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile experiences, from research and ideation through prototyping and final delivery.
  • Translate customer insights, user research, and business goals into clear and effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct and incorporate usability testing and customer feedback into design iterations.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design systems, components, and UX standards.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to define design vision and prioritize improvements.
  • Develop executive-level presentations that communicate research findings, design concepts, prototypes, business impact, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment on a phased redesign roadmap, measurable UX goals, and success criteria.
  • Ensure experiences are responsive, accessible, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in UI/UX and interaction design for web and mobile applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, wireframing, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Experience translating customer/user insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present complex design decisions and research findings to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and successful digital experience redesigns.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading website/mobile redesign or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a product-led, enterprise, or customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with UX metrics, experimentation, and measuring design/business impact.
