Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.

• Build autonomous AI agents that can execute multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention.

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with internal and external APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge repositories.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and workflow automation.
• Optimize prompts, agent behavior, and system performance for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI applications follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience integrating AI models with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI copilots, autonomous agents, or workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of multi-agent architectures and AI orchestration.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, MLOps, and AI deployment best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
