The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Empathy coupled with assertiveness.
• A strong sense of responsibility and an interest in social issues.
• Enthusiasm for both the practical application and theoretical underpinnings of childhood education.
