Job Title: Senior CRM / Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior CRM/Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience to support a Healthcare Payer or Provider client.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive, innovative architect who can independently identify gaps, suggest new solutions, drive automation/AI initiatives, and continuously improve the CRM environment—not simply execute assigned requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform architecture.
• Identify CRM/process gaps and proactively recommend modernization and automation opportunities.
• Design solutions using D365 CE/Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure.
• Identify opportunities for AI, Copilot and intelligent automation.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define CRM roadmap and future-state architecture.
• Ensure scalable, secure and HIPAA-aligned solutions.
• Lead architecture/design discussions and mentor technical teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and continuously bring new ideas and initiatives to the client.

Must Have:

• 10+ years IT / Solution Architecture experience.
• 7+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM.
• Strong D365 CE / Customer Service + Power Platform + Dataverse.
• Healthcare Payer or Provider experience.
• Enterprise integration/API and Azure experience.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated history of proactively driving initiatives, automation, modernization or transformation.
