Job Summary (List Format):

1. Experience in machine learning, OCR, computer vision, NLP, or intelligent document processing.
2. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence or similar enterprise document-processing platforms.
3. Strong Python programming skills, including experience with REST APIs, JSON, Azure SDKs, and asynchronous processing.
4. Proficient in training and evaluating document classification and field-extraction models, with a strong grasp of key evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, confidence calibration, and test-set design).
5. Experience extracting complex tables and variable-length line items from documents.
6. Skilled in creating labeled datasets and maintaining high data-quality standards.
7. Familiarity with processing business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, or supply-chain documents.
8. Strong analytical, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
9. Preferred: Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Azure AI Search, or Azure OpenAI; experience with multilingual document processing.
10. Familiar with contract clause extraction and legal-document processing.
11. Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Coupa, Ariba).
12. Experience implementing active learning, model-drift monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
13. Understanding of data privacy and document-retention requirements.
14. Responsible for achieving 99% exact-match accuracy for critical fields and 98% across all fields, maintaining accuracy across suppliers, formats, and document types.
15. Expected to reduce manual corrections and review time, and document process improvements for fields not meeting accuracy thresholds.
16. Ensure no production model is deployed without passing the approved evaluation suite.
17. Technical skills include: Azure (Big Data), Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Databricks, OpenAI, GenAI, Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Azure AI Search, SQL, and contract/invoice OCR.
