About the Role: Gallery Food Runner

As our Gallery Food Runner, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Impact

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Verify orders, table numbers, and special requests before delivery.
• Ensure food is properly presented and at the correct temperature.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate order updates and special requests to kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
• Assist with stocking plates, utensils, condiments, and service supplies.
• Support the team during busy meal periods and high-volume service.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and coworkers.

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

• Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and common allergens.
• Ability to verify food orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
• Proper handling of plates, trays, and serving equipment.
• Ability to maintain proper food temperatures during delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple orders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry food trays for extended periods.
