AI Enablement Engineer

Introduction

We are looking for a talented AI Applications Developer with expertise in MERN Stack and Google Vertex AI to join our team. As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-based platforms and applications. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for artificial intelligence and a strong background in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-based platforms using Google Vertex AI
• Architect RAG pipelines and implement EVALs frameworks
• Build responsive backend services and frontend interfaces using MERN Stack
• Design and implement scalable integration platforms and APIs
• Execute the entire SDLC leveraging AI-native tools
• Apply rigorous testing methodology to validate AI model outputs

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 7-10 years of full-lifecycle software development experience
• Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, RAG pipelines, and EVALs frameworks
• Solid skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java
• Proficiency in AI-accelerated workflows
• Experience with DevOps tools and IDEs
• Ability to work in Chicago, IL

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Quality Engineering, Automated Testing, or System Reliability
• Understanding of cloud-native deployment patterns and microservices architecture
